Hi! This Blog will cover many subjects: Politics, Health, Spirituality, Faith, Photography, Ethics – the works! I decided to create my own Blog because I got weary of hearing politicians say, ‘The American people want…. deserve…..feel…..’ etc. I don’t think they have a clue to what the American people feel or desire. The media pushes what they want us to feel or want. I am ‘The American people’ just as you are. Therefore, since they (politicians) don’t listen to anything/anyone but $$$$$$$, I feel we are forced to make our voice heard. I welcome your comments on the topics I choose. Let us accept the fact that we may differ, we may come from different experiences and points of view – so no personal attacks please. Debate is our right and it is healthy. The bottom line is, we have to live in this world together. To survive, we must pursue a peaceful unity. As Aubrey Menen wrote many years ago: There are three things which are real: God, human folly and laughter. The first two are beyond our comprehension, so we must do what we can with the third. I leave you with the words of a great man, J. Robert Oppenheimer, “This is a world in which each of us, knowing his limitations, knowing the evils of superficiality and the terrors of fatigue, will have to cling to what is close to him, to what he knows, to what he can do, to his friends and his tradition and his love, lest he be dissolved in a universal confusion and know nothing and love nothing.”
